Angelina is an experienced senior executive coach with a passion for transforming the way we do business through the development of exceptional leaders. Having run, owned, and grown successful, award-winning SME businesses over 25 years, she understands the difficulties of business, as well as the plate spinning, multi-tasking and distractions that come with it.
Having coached 100’s of business owners, CEOs, and senior leaders, unlocking potential and driving change, she has also designed and delivered bespoke strategic leadership and management development programmes as well as business bootcamps for scaleup businesses. She is currently working with a number of businesses across a variety of sectors that includes engineering, manufacturing, social enterprises, charities, digital marketing, recruitment, construction and more.
Angelina’s particular interest is the development of higher stage leadership capacity which can involve navigating uncertainty, embracing complexity, and leading change by working on the business.
